Payment of fees and cancellation policy

 Sessions usually last just under one hour. Please remember to turn off your mobile phone. The fee for a treatment session by agreement is £200. Payment is made after each session, after which the client decides whether the session was useful to them. Payment is made by online bank transfer.

Confidentiality agreement

 All information, whether oral or written, is treated as private and confidential. The therapist is responsible both to the client and to the community as a whole. Therefore, some moral and legal restrictions apply to confidentiality. These restrictions mainly concern the risk of serious self-harm, harm to others and child protection issues. If a situation arises where moral or legal confidentiality limits are exceeded, the reasons will be explained by the therapist and discussed with the client at the same time.

Professional registration

 The therapist bears full professional and civil liability insurance and is registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

Customer satisfaction

 The client undergoes the therapy on the understanding that this is a joint process where success cannot be guaranteed; Progress depends in part on the motivation and participation of the client. The client has the right to access official NCH procedures in cases where the problem cannot be satisfactorily resolved within the framework of the therapeutic relationship. If the client does not request this, the questionnaire following the treatment may be published at some point in the future after the treatment is completed. It is designed to monitor results and help evaluate the services provided.

I accept and adhere to the principles set out in the NCH Code of Ethics and Conduct and the GHR Code of Ethics. Copies of these documents are available to customers upon request.
